Cardmaking Camps and Craft Days

Usually, The Stamp Shak organises a yearly CAMP for all you card-making-lovers! Unfortunately, due to other commitments, we won't be able to have a camp in 2008.

But instead we are having a BIG One-Day Workshop in Ipswich!

It will be held at the North Ipswich RSL (same venue as our Ipswich classes, but possibly in a downstairs room) on Saturday 23rd August, 9am - 5pm

Cost is $50 per participant, which includes all workshop kits for the day, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and lucky door prizes.
At this stage we will have 3 tutors for the day, with a possibility of a fourth. We are hoping to run 6 individual workshops for the day.
Participants will need to bring along their own basic tools on the day - further details will be provided once your booking has been made.

There will be a limit of 50 attendees for the day. Places for the day will only be confirmed once your deposit of $25 is paid. Payment options are cheque, money order, credit card or direct deposit.
Final payment of $25 MUST reach us by no later than Wed 30th July - after this time places not fully paid will be given to anyone on the waiting list.
We have already had a large number of people advise us of their interest, so we would suggest you get in as soon as possible!

Past Camps

Here are some of the camps that we have been on in the last few years:

• In 2004 we went twice to Toowoomba for a wonderful weekend of creativity, learning and socialising;
• In March 2005 we went up to Mapleton at the Sunshine Coast;
• In 2006 we went to back to Mapleton in February, then Toowoomba again in September;
• In March 2007 we headed to Brookfield for our "Weekend Craft Retreat";
• September 2007 retreat was held at Lake Perseverance

A wonderful time is always had by all, with heaps of workshops as well as plenty of time to share ideas and techniques. Throughout the weekend we also have giveaways and competitions.
